Amex Credit card department,
I apply for an American Express Platinum card -/-/-, the open bonus is - MR bonus points with - purchase in the first 3 months. I fulfill the requirement and get the bonus more than 2 months ago. But just 3 days ago, The American Express take the - points off my account, which is not reasonable.
