I use an American Express Blue Cash Rewards card which gives 5 % cash back reward on spending on gas and in supermarkets after spending $6500.00. I reached that limit in - 2016. However, for the following months of -, -, -, and - Am Ex continued to pay me 0.5 % - 1 % reward as if I had not reached the spending threshold for receiving the higher reward. I contacted them numerous times over the past 5 months and was just given the runaround. My estimate is that they owe me between $130.00 - $140.00 in cash rewards.
