Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
After making an electronic payment on my credit card which placed a positive balance in my favor on the card of $140.00, Wells Fargo informed me that while the payment for the card had been credited to my statement that the funds would be held for 15 days and my credit line would be unavailable until after the 15 day period. The $140.00 balance in my favor would also be unavailable. The withholding of this portion of the payment is nonsensical to me considering the payment was an electronic payment.
