on -/-/- I received pre-stamped court summons from - - - -, court documents signed with a stamp dated -/-/- while I was at work. My boyfriend 's son received the unsealed document, exposing the nature of the debt as well as the amount outstanding. I 'm being summoned to appear in court on -/-/- and pay the balance in full as well as court costs. I have made attempts to settle the balance with the creditor in the past however they have refused my payments. I 'm concerned that my personal information has been exposed.
