Citibank Credit card department,
I paid my Citibank credit card bill on - - from my - Bank account. - mailed a check to Citibank well in advance of the - - due date. Citibank said they did not receive the payment until - -, so they charged my account $25.00 for being late. I called customer service to explain that the payment was sent well in advance of the due date, and there should be no late fee. I asked them to waive the $25.00 fee. They would not.
