I file a complaint agains citibank for a collection under - agency, according to the citibank representative they said it take 3 months to process the investigation that is already in file with you they never responded back about their findings and conclusion, however - deleted the collection because there were violations against consumer protection act, this were done by law firm in New York, called - they were the one 's pushing - to delete it and they did, however - and - are still showing the collection therefore I am requesting for citibank to delete the collection from -, - and again with - to be sure that they will not processed it again, Citibank fail to respond back to me with the answer since 5 month ago. the complaint is in your records for you to see. there is no documentation to be submitted because it has been provided already I was just waiting for their response about my complaint.
