Behind on my Sear 's account through Citi Credit Card, that is when the constant calls started, four to six times a day, every day over and over. It is not productive nor is there any good that comes out of constant calling .Calls continue even when you make payments or have made arrangements. Last night they called at -, twice at -, - and -, not including the daytime calls. I was told if you did not pick up their calls and speak to someone they will continue to call but if I pick up their call then they would not call for three days. I asked why three days, their response was that my financial status could change. I explained to them that there is no way my financial situation will change in three days or anytime soon, I get paid every two weeks not every three days so calling me that often is not productive and it was very irritating and frustrating. Phone calls are every day up to six calls a day if not more.
