Citibank Credit card department,
Even with a - balance, Macy 's Credit ( CitiGroup ) charges a $2.00 interest free each month. They also participate in a Residual Interest scheme, so even if you pay off your balance by your due date, they will charge interest on that balance. This is not explained or adequately disclosed.
