On - -, 2016 I attempted to use my Citibank ATM Card to withdraw money when traveling in -. I tried it twice at - ATMs close to each other, once for $8000.00 - and then once for $6000.00 -. Neither time was money disbursed. I then went back to my hotel and got a different card from - -. I attempted to withdraw money again on - -, 2016 at another ATM with my - - card and funds were disbursed. I complained to Citibank and logged a dispute. Citibank gave funds back for both ATM issues that transpired on -, -, 2016, on - -, 2016. On - -, 2016 Citibank charged back the $6000.00 - dispute credit ( $340.00 USD ). I called and complained and again Citibank gave back the funds. On - -, 2016 Citibank again charged back the $340.00 USD.
