I was utilizing the - - sight and saw a balance transfer offer from Barclays Rewards card. I transferred over a - credit card balance over to Barclays and come to find out that the amount of the new interest rate was much higher. It just seems deceptive and/or misleading that a consumer can transfer a balance over with a potentially lower interest rate
