Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine New York

I was previously married and as of that i resulted in having my last name changed to his about 5 years ago and now i am seeing hospital bills on my credit report that are not mine. I have not been to a hospital in years last time i checked out of one was one year and a half ago and i had medical insurance. I need help to get this straightend as i am trying to build my credit. Thank you.
