Citibank Credit card department,
I used my bill pay through my personal Bank to pay my credit card bill. I now have - Citibank credit cards because Costco used to require that you use a Costco - card, but they automatically switched those card users to a new account with Costco Citibank, when their contract with - was n't renewed. The start of this problem was actually my mistake- I made a payment of - to " citi cards '' ( because that 's how is shows up in bill pay through my bank ) on -/-/2016. I did n't realize, though that I had selected the wrong citi cards ( since I now have - ), I wanted it to go to my citicard through - - not the Costco citicard.
) my balance is currently a credit of over $3000.00. I explained my situationon that day, and was transferred to a lady in their financial department. She tried to directly transfer the money from my Citibank Costco card to my Citibank master card, but unfortunately it did n't work. She then took my bank information and explained that it would take 3-5 business days to transfer the funds, but the 5 business days came and went and the money was still sitting in the Costco Citibank account. I have called twice since then, to check the status, and each time the person who answers the phone acknowledges that a refund request has been submitted but it has n't been completed yet, and to call back in a couple of business days,
