Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay
Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay North Carolina
On - -, 2016 - am, - and Bridgecrest Acceptance caused a third party to remove the car I have financed with them from my property even though the account was current and in good standing. The company claims that because my first payment was delinquent, they have the right to repossess. Their claim is that I was in default of the finance contract. However, the formerly delinquent payment had been made on - -, a full week prior, along with any late and transaction fees when the company took the property ( car ) from my possession. It should be noted that I had been in contact with Bridgecrest ( - ) with some regularaty as to the reason for the late payment. My view is that the company violated the contract we had and that they violated the law by removing the car from my property. Conversations with the redemption department have come to no acceptable resolution. I informed personnel that I would file a civil action against the CEO - - - and president - - in order to have the court review the contract performance by both parties. Again, this suggestion resulted in no favorable outcome for me. The company has not indicated what action they will take next. I am left to assume they will proceed with typical repossession actions. The company stated they would be " unwinding '' the loan but that I would not receive my down payment or subsequent payment ( s ).
