I ordered a - Wells Fargo credit card for our daughter to use in case of emergency. The brochure with that - credit card clearly stated that she could get a cash advance ( in case of emergency ). Our daughter tried to get such a cash advance at - different branch locations without success. While this was going on I called Wells Fargo headquarters and was informed they had no power over any branch office to assist.
