I received a letter from a company called Credit Collection Services saying I owe them money. First off I never heard of them and do n't owe them any money. I sent a certified letter asking for validation of debt within the day 30 period that the letter they sent me said i HAD. In the letter I sent them also included a cease and desist clause and to not contact me via phone. Credit Collection Services has violated the FDCPA. They have called my house 2 times since they received the letter. That is - violations. Credit Collection Services never sent me proof via validation that I requested. They keep sending me bills and calling. Credit Collection Services also has a person name of the bill that I have never heard. Please fine them for their multiple violations of the FDCPA, plus they harassing me.
