Citibank Credit card department,
I went to make a payment to my Citi sears MasterCard and made the wrong payment. When I realized what happened I reached out to the other billing company to get the money back to my account and they told me it would take five days. While waiting for the refund Citi cards called me 6 times with 4 hang ups between -/-/2016to-/-/2016. I spoke to a representative about the mistake that occurred and she wanted to knowwhen they could collect the debt. Then another representative called asking the same questions over again. I have never been late with a payment and feel that it is harassment when it has not even been 30 days past due.
