Closing/Cancelling account

Wells Fargo is stating that someone closed my account on -/-/2010. I have spoken to every member of the wells fargo bank and they do n't have any record who closed the account. I am in good standing with them and this closed account is affecting my credit report. WELLS FARGO CARD SERVICE - - - - -, IA - -
