there is a negative account on my credit reports from macy 's ending in - that is hurting my credit score which i need removed. Its difficult to acquire credit for me with those negative remarks.i have hired a law firm to represent me in order to remove it but they refuse to.Next step is to complain to the better business bureau regarding this incident. Unless they agree to remove it from transition and experian ill take down my complain
