Reporting wrong amount to credit bureaus and refusing to accept payment of proper amount. 1. - final account statement dated - -, 2015 shows a balance of $600.00. See attached. 2. This final statement has a charge of $85.00 for final utilities. I had already paid the final utilities. Proof of this is attached. 3. This final statement has a charge of $270.00 to " re-glaze '' a tub that was in the same condition upon move-in. It was an older apartment with an older tub that had slight discoloration and wear and tear upon move-in. This seemed normal given the age, so I did not see any need to mark this on my move-in checklist. This results in a balance of $240.00. I have tried since - 2015 to resolve this, but " - '' and " Fair Collections and Outsourcing '' will not correct the above errors and continue to report inaccurate amounts to the credit bureaus.
