One year after I was declined for a store credit card with - Bank, this company did a SECOND " hard inquiry '' on my credit report - now a year later - and declined me for credit again. One of the reasons I was declined was due to the number of inquiries on my credit. Now, two of the three inquiries on the bureau are from THIS COMPANY. I do not recall giving authorization to do another hard inquiry when dealing with - Bank and feel this practice is deceptive and without adequate information and consent.
