Debt collectors have n't called outside of proper hours, however I am having an issue with debt collection companies not providing me with a receipt for my monthly payments. I 've spoken with multiple representatives and supervisors who always claim they 're going to resend it but they never do. A common practice for these companies is to only allow you to speak with - person who is authorized to handle your account. The issue with this is very rarely is that specific person available to take my call and when I leave a voice message my calls are never returned. It is ridiculous that I have to make demands for something as simple as a payment receipt. These companies need to improve their customer service now!
