I have had a Macy 's credit card for over 10 years but have not actually used in about 7 years. I have set up automatic bill pay and when checking the account today I found that I have been charged from a company called - --credit life insurance, $ -- $6.00 a month for years!! I never gave my consent to add this program and was never notified it was being added! I am attempting to have my money refunded for the years of paying this fee.
