Please combine this with - or delete that complaint so citi is not getting - complaints for this. I am not able to update - so I 'm filing a 2nd complaint. I realized the issue, it turns out there was an unauthorized transaction from my checking account and the electronic payment of $1300.00 that I submitted -/-/16 was then returned. I will say the fee description of returned check is confusing, I did n't send a " check '' that was returned. Also, I read through the terms and conditions again and no where does it say when making a payment that you 'll submit the payment numerous times if it does not clear. I have $90.00 in fees from my bank because you 've already submitted it 3 times. That is clearly misleading and even if you sneak the ability to attempt to pull the payment over and over again into other disclaimer language somewhere, it 's certainly not provided when making a payment. Hence, I did not expressly authorize it. - concern? I think so.
