Tower Loan Consumer Loan department,

Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Louisiana

I - and am not able to work at the moment. My payment is - per month. I owed them $200.00 and tried to give them all I had which was $140.00 and they refused the payment. They keep threatening me to take my property and file a lawsuit against me. I told them I have doctor notes and paperwork from orthopedic doctor and they said they do n't care that I signed a contract and they want their money. How can they refuse to take what I can give and then threaten me with lawsuits, wage garnishment, and repoing my property???
