Amex Credit card department,
I applied the AME- Platinum Card when they have - reward offer this -/-/- and get approved. I met the spending requirement within 3 month, and then AME- gave me the - rewards at -/-/-. However, they took my - reward back few days ago without any info. I called AME- customer service they said there is a unusually point activity flag on my account.
And then, the representative said he will help me to open a case to investigate that. However, I contact AME- representative again today, and he told me he ca n't find out any update or further state on my case. It makes me feel worry about AME- might not investigate this mistake fair and get my reward back.
