Filed a chargeback dispute as a result of receiving defective merchandise from -. I provided Citi with all information requested in a very timely fashion. Citi then adversely closed my dispute stating that I had not provided requested information in a timely fashion. I provided all requested information to them. At no time did they ever communicate with me that they needed additional information.
