ProCollect of - continues to leave a $41.00 collection debt on my - Credit even though I have proof they cashed the check for this debt 4 months ago and I have called them 3 times to have this removed since that time. It has kept me from re-opening my main - - card account two times now. They have made two promises of dates that this will be removed from my credit report and those dates have long since past. What teeth can you put in to this and force them to act now???
