I have a revolving credit account with - - My payment is set up on autopay where they take it directly from my Bank Account . Once a year they for no reason stop withdrawing the payment and do not notify the consumer. They then report it as a late pay to the credit reporting agencies. - is a company that extends credit to people with low credit scores. I believe they use this practice to keep your scores low so that you must purchase from them. I contacted them about the issue they refused to resolve it or let me speak to a supervisor. I also disputed it with all - major reporting agencies who did nothing.
