Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
My Wells Fargo credit card was a promotional interest rate card ( deferred interest ) where no interest would be incurred if the balance was paid in full within 12 months. I missed the expiration date of the promotion period on the statement as it was on the second page of the statement. I understand from a question and answer segment on your website " Your credit card company must tell you the date by which you must pay off your balance to avoid being charged deferred interest. That information must appear on the front page of your bill. '' I was charged almost $600.00 of interest at a 28 % annual rate.
