Amex Credit card department,
My American Express card was duplicated in -, 2016 and according to American Express over $100000.00 charged to my card. I contacted American Express FRAUD Division and was told not to pay on my account until the account was reconciled. As of this date, my account is still not in balance. I was accessed over $700.00 is late fees and American Express has not waived the fees. I called them in -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/- and -/-/-. I was directed to pay the late charged and fees and American Express would refund the overpayment to me. I am receiving letters addressed to a previous residence. I received a letter stating my late payments will be reported to consumer reporting agencies. This is an abomination -. Complete disrespect for a consumer who has been with Amer Ex for 30 years.
