Amex Credit card department,
I signed up for an American Express card with a bonus offer of - Membership Rewards points after spending $3000.00 in three months. I met these requirements, was given my points, then at the 3 month mark, American Express took the points away, as an " adjustment ''. I was then told by various representatives that my points were taken away because I was certain purchases were returned and that these returns brought me below the $3000.00 requirement. But upon checking my transaction history, there were no such returns and I had indeed met the requirements.
