I contacted Wells Fargo bank regarding my credit card which is 2 months past due. I was trying to resolve this matter but was transferred 4 times. Once I located a person to speak with they informed they are located in - and this guy was VERY RUDE!!! He wouldnt work with me at all. I tried to request a supervisor and he sent me back through automated recording. I explained to him why i was late on this bill. My grand daughter passed away on - - 2016 and had to be off work for a time period and the guy i spoke with informed me that was not a hardship. I dont understand how wells fargo can send their customers to - and be told nothing can be done about the account except pay this off. I will involve an attorney if i need to and even notify other Wells Fargo customers that i know about what has happened to me.
