Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
APR or interest rate Massachusetts
I purchased furniture through -. It totaled -. I was asked if I wanted 12 months financing at 0 % interest. I agreed. I made all payments on time. At the end of 12 months I had a balance. The Wells Fargo credit card did not bill me -/month, which, when I calculate it, should have paid off the entire balance in 12 months. Instead they only billed me -/month. Now I receive a bill for - which includes interest of - which is more than - % of the balance. If I was informed at the time of purchase that the 0 % interest was deferred and that I had to make higher payments this past 12 months to pay off the balance in 12 months, I would have. There interest rate after 12 months is 28.24 %. I am now subjected to pay this full amount. I have a - credit rating and could have paid this off in full to begin with and have several credits cards with lower interest. I was mislead by - and Wells Fargo and believe that these fees are fraudulent. This should have been explained to me up front.
