disputed incorrect reporting of - - ( acct # - ). account is only showing history to -/-/- account has been owned by - at the earliest date of - -. I obtained an emergency loan from pa home finance agency, in - -, for over - dollars. - corrected my credit report at that point in time to reflect as paid never late. after -/-/-, account became deliquent. forclosure proceedings were commenced, and i decided on a short sale, which ended in -, - account was scheduled for sheriffs sale on more than one occasion but postponed on more than one occasion. afterwards, i requested a copy of my billing statements, due to the fact my payment ( s ) due, were incorrect. - did not comply, and left the mistake on report as-is. also, i requested from -, an itimized billing history for the life of the account. i received, instead, a spreadsheet of payments. this raised new questions, as i received a loan, from the commonwealth of pennsylvania, and the account was overpaid dramitacially. - has failed on numerous occasions to provide me with requested documentation. i have brought this matter to experian 's attention on more than one occasion, over the past couple of years. i receive the response from experian the matter is frivilious. i recently brought the matter in regards to experian, to your attention. I received an email the issue was " updated '' in a matter of a couple of days after my complaint to you in regards to this matter. i am perplexed to the speedy manner of experians inquiry to -. according to prior and the current experian reports, i have noticed " no change '' to my experian report. the forclosure proceedings, as well as the payment due, and the payment history, are all inaccurate. i have previously contacted both - and experian in regards to this matter. both appear to " excuse away '' this serious matter
