I TRIED TO MAKE PAYMENT WITH MY AMERIAN E-PRESS CARD TO - CELL PHONE COMPANY FOR - AND TWO TIMES THE - SITE SAIN IT COULD NOT TAKE THE PAYMENT DUE TO INSUFFICIENT CREDIT AVAILABLE. i CALL AMERICAN RIGHT AWAY AND THE REP SAID SHE DID N'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THERE WAS MORE THEN ENOUGH CREDIT LINE TO PAY THE CHARE AND AT THEIR END IT SHOWED - CHARGES FOR - BECAUSE WHEN AFTER MAKING THE FIST ATTEMPT AND IT WOULD ACCEPT THE 1ST CHARE I TRIED AGAIN AND - WOULD NOT ACCEPT, tHE REP SAID THE CHARGES WOULD DROP OFF AFTER - 10 DAYS AND WOULD BE PUT BACK ON MY ACCOUNT, HAVING FAITH THAT IT WOULD I MADE A - PAYMET TO MY AMERICAN E-PRESS CARD AND LATTER THAT WEEK I TRIED TO PAY MY - BILL FOR - same thing happened, i spoke to customer service on - - th to a woman named - - ID # - she assured me by - - the charges would drop off aND WOULD BE CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT, TODAY IS - - TH NOTHING CHANGED. I CALLED AMERICAN E-PESS AND THEY DAI THEY CAN NOT FIND ANY RECORD OF THESE CHARGES BECAUSE THEY DROPPED OF, CONVIENTLY THERE IS NO WAY TO TO PROVE IT BECAUSE THE RECORED OF THESE TRANSACTION HAVE BEEN REMOVED, MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO NOT RETURN THE - FROM - THAT THEY SAID THEY PAID TO THE MERCHANT? THE REP I SPOKE TO ON - - TH AT THAT PIONT IN TIME INDEED FOUND THE CHARGES AND AGREED THAT ONCE EVERYTHING CLEARED OUT Y AVAILABLE LINE OF CREDIT WOULD BE -, NOW aMERICAN e-PESS SAID TODAY THEY CAN NOT FIND ANY RECORD THAT I EVER EVEN TRIED TO PAY - AT ALL!
