On - -, 2016 Synchrony Bank contacted my work at in regards to a Walmart credit card that I am late paying on and I have proof of the number and time of this violation as all inbound calls are saved at my work. This is a violation because I am not allowed to receive personal calls at my work. I work at a - and they know I 'm not allowed to take personal calls while working in a - on a - basis. It 's a violation of my job 's policy. They did not follow proper procedures because they knowingly contacted me at a time they knew was inconvenient for me, regardless if I told them to do so or not. They have also been calling my phone with unknown caller id 's and leaving me automated voicemails to call them back. I have saved my phone records and voicemails for proof.
