Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
hello this is a continuing problem we had with this bank and this company we field complain after complain about them and nothing is being done we had problem with the items we purchased from pep boys there way of fixing was we owe - out of which - are late fees we iformed them of our situation and where promised that late fees will be taken off the still reported us late to credit agency
