TRANSUNION continues to report - - Account # - as an adverse account. Data received from TRANSUNION does not support account being an adverse account. Spoke with company and had been informed that they ( - - ) did not assign account to the adverse accounts list. TRANSUNION continues to insert " Bankruptcy Dismissed ''. on - - account. Investigation and per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Chapter - Dismissed Bankruptcy is to be removed with seven years of filing. Chapter - Dismissed Bankruptcy is to be removed from my credit files in 2016. I submitted several request to remove Chapter - Bankruptcy sooner than 2016. TRANSUNION had removed last year. TRANSUNION investigation report revealed that " A non discharged, OPEN or dismissed chapter - bankruptcy ( Public Record ) remains on the credit file for 10 years from the filing date. This is inaccurate. Research revealed that a Chapter - Bankruptcy is to remain on file for ten ( 10 ) years. Reports from the other major credit reporting agencies stated that Dismissed Chapter - Bankruptcy is to remain on files fro seven ( 7 ) years. During the initial phase of Chapter - Bankruptcy, I
repayment. Prior to this scheduled meeting with trustees and preparing to attend a confirmation hearing, I met with my Bankruptcy Attorney and informed him that filing for Chapter - Bankruptcy was not in my best interest. I voluntarily requested Chapter - Bankruptcy be dismissed. The Bankruptcy Courts of West Virginia honored my request and dismissed this Chapter - Bankruptcy prior to any conclusions. There were no lists of creditors, including - -, no amounts reported, or frequency of income provided. The Bankruptcy Courts labeled this file as void ( without any contents, empty ). Any and all comments related to Chapter - Bankruptcy should be removed from this - - account.
