Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Synchrony Bank rewards their Banana Republic Visa credit card holders who have " Luxe '' status with a - % points bonus each calendar quarter, once the quarter is over, and I do have Luxe status. For example, if I earn - points from -/-/--/-/-, then I would receive a - point bonus as well. Here is
- On my - -, - statement, I earned - more points from purchases - On my - -, - statement, I earned - more points from purchases. - I also made a lot of purchases from - - to - -, - ( which appeared on my - - statement but still count towards the quarterly bonus since they were " earned '' -/-/- ) that earned me - more points Therefore, -/-/-, I earned - + - + - + - points, which adds up to - points. Since I earned - points in that quarter, then I should have received 20 % of that, which is -, in bonus points. However, on my - - statement, I received a " Quarterly - 20 % Bonus Points '' of only -. So taking the difference between - and -, Synchrony Bank still owes me - rewards points. I have explained this to them, and after investigating either I have gotten no response, or a superficial " everything is correct '' response. Clearly, though, I have not received a bonus of - % of my earned rewards -/-/-, and I would like to have them applied to my account, without having to wait any further.
