Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Georgia

On - -, 2016 I received a call from - at CNAC at my place of employment. - called a different department asking to speak to my Supervisor not knowing that the person she spoke with was a Supervisor. The Supervisor asked what was the call in reference to and asked her was it in reference to my kids. She would n't give them a any information but stated that her name was " - '' and proceeded to ask to speak to my Supervisor so this particular Supervisor directed the call to my office but I was unavailable at the time. Fortunately my Supervisor was able to get the number off of the Caller ID so I would be able to call the number back. After calling the number back and asking for " - '' she stated that her name was - with CNAC. - continued the conversation by telling me that if I did n't pay them that they would take me to court and garnish my wages. I stated to - to come and pick the vehicle up and do not call my place of employment again and hung up the phone. After hanging up the


that I did n't have an attorney and then I hung up the phone. That day I went and filed for bankruptcy because of the threats and harassment so that she would not continue to call my place of employment. After filing for bankruptcy CNAC started reporting negative information to the credit bureaus. CNAC also called my place of employment several times before this incident. I also purchased another vehicle from an actual dealership and they called CNAC for some information and CNAC called them back and stated to them to not sell me a vehicle because I would not pay them but if you look at my payment history they were always paid for the past ( almost ) 2 years before this incident.
