Conventional fixed mortgage Credit decision / Underwriting Connecticut
Apparently US Bank issued an escrow refund check on - - to an old address which I have not lived in since - -. I have been receiving and paying all mortgage bills from my current address since this company took over the mortgage. I never received the $2000.00 refund and now they want to charge me an additional $15.00 for them to send a new check to the correct address, the address I have been at for over a year. Also they have never noted anywhere on any bill or statement about the fact that I had a credit of $2000.00. Whenever I call I get stuck on hold for over an hour, and all they do is give me the run around. They have earned interest on this money, yet want to charge me more to re-issue this check. My mortgage Account number is -.
