Amex Credit card department,
Tried to transfer membership reward points online to - as the flights I wanted were available, but got an error and a message to call in. Talked to membership rewards and they informed me ALL my points had been frozen, due to a - bonus that I had gotten from my AME- Platinum card. Did not provide me a reason why they were frozen, but said they would be released on -, as it would have been 8 weeks past the points posted date. Called in today on - and they are still frozen, and have not been provided with an explanation. I have - points, - of which Ive had for over 8 months and yet all my points are frozen. I was able to transfer points to british airways account 2 weeks ago without and issue yet Amex decided to freeze the points again.
