Amex Credit card department,
I have been informed that I am unable to transfer any membership rewards points from American Express to partners because my account is under review. They are unable to provide me with any reason for the review and since a nearly half of my membership rewards points have been in my account for close to a year there is no valid Terms & Conditions reason to prohibit these from transferring to partners. American Express is unable to provide any reason for why they are frozen simply than they are under review.
