Amex Credit card department,
I applied and was approved for an amex platinum card that included a sign up bonus of - miles once I spent - within 3 months. I have spent the $3000.00 ( more like - actually ) and the miles were credited to my account. But Amex is not allowing me to use the miles for some reason. The terms and conditions were clear that I could use the miles after they were credited to my account. I am trying to book a flight that would otherwise cost me about $10000.00. If I do not book soon the ticket will be booked and I will have to use $ s to buy the ticket and not miles. This is not fair.
