I rented and apartment notified I was moving out on - 2012. My monthly rent was $800.00 per month. I move up north with my family, I apply for work and was denied and Apply for School and was denied not sure way. I just received a letter from and attorney, they call constantly, harassing me. They say legal action will take place, if I do not make payments.


I know my balance may be about $800.00 but the company refuse to clarified information, they say full balance will need to be pay. I am - - - and I am trying to continued, school but not able to apply for fining. Company is damaging my credit. I was never informed or notified from property management that I had a balance. Please see attached support documents I have send to clarified the account.
