Upon finally leaving - as a - on - i hired a local cleaning crew give our base housing another final clean. The management told us not waste our money due to the fact that our residence was the last house remaining with carpet. We were told they would tear it all out and lay hard wood like all of our neighbors. I thought it was finished. I was wrong. To check out of base housing por house was inspected. We passed. I also had a deposit for $450.00 that I never received back. It was a lease that was split with another person ( - - and - - ). After the 6 month lease was up I had my name taken off the lease and my deposit was taken from me. After almost a year the company stop taking money from my paystubs. So my debt was completely paid as agreed in front of the judge, now they asking me to paid another $1500.00 balance who I have no idea when this amount came from if they was still charging me interest after the judge rule, I am not going to agreed and paid for this debt because this will be considering a FRAUD .... There is no lawsuit either. The property management company that I rented from that originally hired them did n't send the move out statement in the time allowed by law and therefore forfeited any claim against me and refunded my deposit. There just was n't an option for me to click for unfair charges. I have been attempting to speak with the - - about this debt they are trying to hit me for. I understand that I had a lease with them and I understand that I had to move prior to the lease expiration.
