I have filed my complain previously to CFPB ( Case number : - ) against SLFC regarding cosigning student loan. SLFC, in response decided that it will make the necessary transactions to remove me as cosigner from the loan and also agreed to take necessary steps to remove and repair my credit report and score that has been affected. Unfortunately my latest credit reports ( - 2016 ) from all - credit bureau indicating that the student loans still active in my reports. SLFC should take necessary actions to remove all these " active '' delinquency from my report.
