I filed for bankruptcy back in 2009. Citi mortgage continues to send notices, call my phone incessantly at all hours and days of the week. I have spent countless hours with them on the phone holding to be transferred to different departments, sent letters with copies of my chapter - filling listing them as creditors and yet it 's been 7 years and they continue to write me.
