Phoenix Financial Services LLC Debt collection department,

Medical False statements or representation Indicated committed crime not paying Ohio

There is three accounts that was previously with a different collection agency and it took a very long time to get resolved seeking financial assistance and i also called making sure it wo n't get on my credit report while they approve me and they agreed it would not and it finally got resolved and off my credit report. Now a different debt collection agency is trying to collect funds that is not owned and already resolved. I am so tired of these collection agencies either threatening me calling to much or not having accurate information no letters on file for notice. i never got a letter in the mail from Phoneix if i would have i would have been able to explain with them instead of taking the next protcal.
