Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Florida

Equifax is reporting - -, account number - on my credit report. I am not familiar with this debt and this debt has been on my credit report since 2005, almost 11 years. I am asking Equifax to please remove the old debt. As I indicated I am not familiar nor have I ever paid on this account. This account says transferred and closed and their is not an account attached to this old debt. I am asking Equifax to again to please immediately remove this old debt of almost 11 years.
